And so 2013 winds to an end. Achievements have been few and far between this year. What I am most pleased about though is that towards the end of the year I have lost a bit of weight and my knackered shoulder and leg are both feeling a lot better after following a regime of stretches and exercises. My intention for 2014 is to build on that and to actually get fit! I am also planning a couple of escapades.
